MG Cannon reinforces leadership team

MG Cannon has made two key new appointments to strengthen its group leadership team.

Graham Prew has joined the business as group operations manager and Mandy Pocock as group customer services manager.

Prew will lead and manage all group bodyshop operations to ensure performance targets and quality standards are achieved, while Pocock will be responsible for designing and implementing a new customer journey, guiding, developing and motivating all group customer service teams, both centralised and site based.

Leading our customer experience development and taking that to new levels is a very exciting prospect for myself, the team, our business partners – and most importantly of all our customers.”
