David Shepherd to retire as Audatex MD

Audatex regional managing director David Shepherd has announced that he will retire this summer.

Replacing Paul Sykes back in 2017, Shepherd took on the role overseeing international business.

After a four-year tenure, Shepherd has decided that it is now time for him to “pass on the baton” to the next member of the team.

Shepherd joined Solera in 2008 and has operated in a variety of international managing director positions during his time.

“I started with Solera almost 13 years ago now and I am proud to have worked with, and led, some fantastic people across the globe. These amazing teams, part of One Solera, continue to create innovation that solves real needs throughout the industry,” Shepherd said.

“It has also been a great pleasure to work with a fantastic array of customers who have supported us on our journey to create a digital future.

“Over the next few weeks, I will be working to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities and accountabilities to my two long-standing Solera colleagues, Arnaud Agostini who will lead our sales organisation and Javier Velasco who will head up the operations organisation, supporting our customers across international business,” Shepherd concluded.

Audatex is part of the global provider of claims solutions, Solera Holdings.
