BCA inviting applications
BCA has opened applications for its 2021/2022 Graduate Development Programme, which offers practical experience of different areas through the in-house programme and a selection of placements.
Chris Isaac, BCA learning and development manager, said: “BCA is committed to building effectiveness and efficiency across the business through training and development. Our highly successful Graduate Management Development Programme is now in its seventh year and BCA has provided places for 65 graduates in that time, many who have stayed with BCA to progress their career.”
He added “The programme gives students the opportunity to experience a variety of business disciplines and automotive specialisations with BCA. We provide tailored training and mentoring support to help students unlock their potential with the prospect to study to build skills and capabilities with the right qualifications.”
