AGM Services secures PAS2060
AGM Services has announced that is has achieved carbon neutral status in accordance with PAS2060.
One of the leaders in the spraybooth sector, AGM Services partnered with ECA Business Energy to achieve the accreditation.
As part of the process of achieving PAS2060, AGM Services calculated its total carbon output and then offset it through a series of carbon credits. The company will now work through the carbon management plan produced in conjunction with ECA to work towards achieving net zero carbon as soon as possible.
Sales director Wesley Young said: “We’re delighted to have achieved this status and look forward to working with Steve and the team at ECA to further enhance our offering to customers in the automotive repair market to help them reduce their carbon and costs.
“We have lots of exciting ideas we’re looking forward to launching that will bring benefits to the customer, our business and just as importantly the environment. Anyone interested in finding out further information should contact us for an introductory conversation.”
PAS2060 is an environment standard produced by the British Standards Institution. It has been created to recognised those companies that are able to demonstrate carbon neutrality as well as longer-term plan towards net zero status.
