ACIS promises platform profits
ACIS is introducing an enhanced central billing platform in January 2021 that it claims will enable bodyshop customers to save up to £48 per invoice in admin processing.
Bodyshops need to place their orders from the stock list on ASCRIBE, which will be delivered by their ACIS distributor member as normal. The consolidated invoicing system will automatically reduce the number of invoices that need to be processed to just one a month for paint, one for dry goods and one for all other items.
Graham O’Neill, chief executive of ACIS Ltd, said: “Currently, £6.8m worth of products are being processed through our central billing platform. By introducing new technology and consolidating invoice processing, ACIS can drastically reduce the number of invoices that need to be generated for bodyshops, reducing the associated admin time and costs.”
