Volvo values put on video

Volvo is going digital to raise awareness of its approved bodyshop network. This is part of wider strategy to move away from all paper literature during 2020.

Steve Plunkett, Volvo body and paint programme development manager, said: “On a global level Volvo are coming away from all paper/card hard copy literature during 2020, so with that soon to be upon us we have started to create some really powerful digital media content starting with this video to help us raise awareness to our valued Volvo customer base to the benefits of using the Volvo approved bodyshop network when they have a need for a body repair.

“We are incredibly proud of the end result that really celebrates and showcases the strengths and benefits of the Body & Paint Programme and of course the Volvo approved bodyshop network. We have already had some very positive feedback from not only within the network, who are already promoting the video on their web sites and social media pages but also from our programme partners.

Plunkett says the words “choice”, “integrity” and “trust” epitomise the key quality ingredients of the Volvo approved bodyshop network.
