Solus Bolton opening creates 42 new jobs
Solus Accident Repairs has opened its 18th site, creating 42 jobs in Bolton.
The team overcame lockdown to transform a bare shell into a state-of-the-art paint and bodyshop. The Aviva-owned business said colleague and customer safety is critical so changes were made to the original design ensuring that the site is Covid-19 secure.
Carl Manton, operations lead, said: “I’m absolutely delighted with the work the team have done to get our new repair centre in Bolton ready for business. To achieve what they have in the current climate, shows just how versatile and committed the team have been. Thanks also to our new colleagues at Bolton. Having joined us in the midst of the current pandemic, their patience and willingness to support the business in any way possible gives me the confidence that the site will be successful.”
