SEAT goes virtual with remote tours
SEAT experts are providing virtual tours of its model range from their driveways.
The Live Showcase service enables UK customers to speak with a dedicated expert about a particular model without having to leave their home.
The service allows existing customers to have questions answered about their vehicle, including how to use certain features and accessories, as well as talking to prospective buyers who are considering purchasing a new model.
Over the last week the team has already handled more than 200 calls.
