Saturday auction successful
BCA’s inaugural online Saturday sale attracted more than 1,500 buyers and saw conversion rates of over 80% across a broad range of stock.
The auction took place on 19 September and BCA has since confirmed that the new Saturday sale programme will launch weekly from 3 October.
BCA offered over 1,000 vehicles, including both cars and light commercials, at a variety of age, mileage, condition and price points.
BCA’s Stuart Pearson, COO UK remarketing said: “The new Saturday sale certainly generated significant interest and we were delighted so many participated in this inaugural event. The smaller independent buyer base was particularly engaged and we saw many customers buying online for the first time with BCA.
“We remain focussed on driving efficiencies into the used vehicle process for all of our customers and the launch of a new six-day program creates further opportunity for both buyers and sellers alike.”
