Rye Street unveils sole supply site
Rye Street Group has unveiled a completely refurbished bodyshop in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, where it is working with LV= General Insurance (LV= GI) on a sole supply basis.
The offices and workshops have been refitted, complete with LED lighting throughout, and two Junair spraybooths. The site has a weekly throughput of 40 vehicles, and employs 18 staff including two apprentices.
Rye Street Group’s managing director, Bill Duffy, said: “We’ve enjoyed a close working relationship with LV= GI for a number of years now, having been part of the LV= GI own network since its inception. Sole supply at our Hoddesdon branch is the next step in this great partnership, and we’ve seen many benefits in terms of streamlined processes and aligned working practises which dedicated supply brings.
“The site has been totally updated and dual-branded to reflect the values and quality standards which Rye Street Group and LV= GI share.”
Michael Golding, Brian Hodge, Kyra Hazlehurst-Brooks, Emma-Louise Steward and Myles Doran from LV= GI visited the site for a tour of the facilities followed by an opening ceremony with the Rye Street team.
