Prasco invests in industry-leading tracking system

Prasco UK has introduced what it believes is the vehicle repair industry’s leading order processing and live delivery tracking system to further enhance its door-to-door services.

The system now matches those used by the world’s leading parcel delivery companies and has been made to ensure greater efficiencies and fraud-beating security for all.

Using an Android app, the system speeds up the ordering process and further reduces the time from the moment an order is received to when a product is shipped.

Prasco UK’s distribution team and customers are able to track and trace a shipment’s movement and are provided with regular updates on its estimated time of arrival. The system’s connectivity with real-time route planning and web-based maps automatically redirects drivers in the event of a possible hold-up while en route to ensure delivery times are adhered to, where physically possible. Crucially, the customer is constantly updated.

Along with the traditional signed-for process to record receipt of a delivery, Prasco’s drivers photographically record the process, details that are instantly sent back to head office and then relayed back to the customer.
