Nissan backs NHS with 100-car loan
Nissan has united its UK dealer network to provide more than 100 cars free-of-charge to NHS workers.
More than 30 dealer sites, those still able to operate, are taking part in the initiative that has been coordinated by Nissan GB to support frontline health workers with personal mobility should their normal mode of transport currently be compromised during the Covid-19 crisis.
The vehicles are provided at no cost and will include complimentary insurance and roadside assistance. Only fuel or charging costs will need to be covered by the recipient. For insurance cover, the NHS worker has to be over 25 with no more than six points on their license.
NHS workers are asked to register their interest in receiving a free Nissan loan vehicle via an online registration form hosted on the Nissan UK website.
