As the bodyshop industry carefully plans its capacity and repair volumes, it is also preparing for the return to the workplace of some or all furloughed staff.
After weeks of isolation, there will have been significant changes – perhaps stress, anxiety, depression – and the considerable adjustments of the individual and the business should not be underestimated.
