DWV strengthens management team
Dent Wizard Ventures (DWV) has appointed Steve Bramley as its new franchise manager.
He joins the SMART repair provider after its recent move to Leeds, and brings over 23 years of experience with both corporate and retail franchises, the most recent being a nationwide SMART repair franchise operation.
He said: “As a seasoned franchisor, I am passionate about networks and the head office coming together to develop and flourish, benefiting everyone in the process. With DWV’s support, I want to be able to make a difference and achieve results. My aim is to work with DWV’s franchisees and bring in some quick wins for them, while also focusing on their long-term goals, improving revenue levels and market share.”
Chris Wood, DWV managing director said: “Together, Steve and I will work on business plans and budgets for the next three years, and review these on a regular basis, amending them as necessary depending on the state of the industry and UK economy. Following that, business processes will be reviewed to see how DWV can increase both sales and bottom line profit.”
