DVSA identifies UK’s top five MOT hotspots

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has identified the five postcodes where the average number of MOTs per test centre will be highest come November.

This is based on its MOT expiry date forecast.

It identified that garages in the RG postcode (RG) will need to carry out the most tests on aveage in November, with numbers rising from 63 in August to 284.

Paisley (PA) was second with the average number of tests per site rising from 56 to 282 between August and November.

Meanwhile, in Dumfries (DB) the rise in average MOTs is 35 to 270 in the same period, in Perth (PH) it is 41 to 269 while in Wolverhampton (WV) it’s 49 to 270.
