CarGurus reveals dealer winners

CarGurus has revealed the recipients of its 2020 UK Top Rated Dealer awards.

Launched in 2017, the awards honour the dealers offering exceptional customer service, utilising the thousands of dealer reviews left by customers through the CarGurus platform and recognising the dealerships with the most outstanding scores.

The number of dealers receiving the coveted award increased by a remarkable 122% compared to 2019, demonstrating a notable improvement in the level of customer service provided by the industry over the last year.
