CAPS reports dip in claims
The latest collision repair industry report from CAPS shows claims decreased by 5% in November.
The report (below) covers unique claims and supply chain transmissions.
It also found supply chain transmissions (covering parts, mobility and systems) decreased 2% for the same period,
The new figures are 69% for unique claims and 68% for supply chain transmissions, and are measured against January’s pre-lockdown level of exchanges across the CAPS Consortium platform.
