‘Business at usual’ for Ezi Methods
Ben Cardy, commercial director and co-founder of Ezi Methods, the online provider of vehicle repair data, says it is business as usual despite the escalation of coronavirus.
With every team member already having the established ability to work from home, the operation is following official guidelines and self-isolating individuals to ensure all services are maintained. Measures are securely in place to ensure Ezi Methods’ web-based services, including its online-demonstration system developed for new customers, will be uninterrupted.
Cardy said: “These are undoubtedly unprecedented times and one in which we all have to rally and pull together to see through. We have been contacted by numerous concerned customers who rely on our services to correctly carry out repairs to exact standards and methods. They are, quite rightly, worried our services may be interrupted. However, those fears are totally unwarranted.
“As a business we are strong advocates of home working. Obviously, like us all, we do not know what the future holds but at the moment we are fully prepared for whatever developments that unfold. In summary, it is very much business as usual.”
