‘Business as usual’ at Prasco
Prasco UK has reassured customers of a seamless supply of replacement parts despite fears the second lockdown has put the brakes on to serving repairers.
Managing director Kelvyn Waugh has insisted it is still business as usual with all of Prasco’s services including its next day delivery on orders placed before 5pm.
Waugh said: “One in three calls into the sales team are from customers concerned that, because of the new lockdown, we will not be able to deliver but that is far from the truth. Our product stock is way above where we would normally be for this time of year as is our delivery team. As far as we are concerned, it is business as usual and our high level of service will be maintained no matter what we’re faced with.”
Meanwhile, Prasco UK is taking extreme measures to ensure the safety of all its employees and customers. Staff members with underlying health conditions are working from home and all areas, including its fleet of delivery vehicles, are regularly sanitised.
