bodyshop, IBIS keeping our community connected
Since 1987 bodyshop has been at the heart of building, informing and supporting the UK auto collision repair industry community. When IBIS Worldwide was then launched in 2001, it became the leading global conference and networking provider for collision industry leaders and influencers.
As our global community now faces difficult and worrying times with the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), I wanted to let you know personally that all the team here at Plenham which runs both bodyshop and IBIS are continuing to maintain the service we’ve always given you.
bodyshop will continue to be published monthly. Don’t worry though if you can’t get into your place of work to collect it. You can read the online version instead at www.bodyshopmag.com and stay up-to-the-minute on our Twitter and LinkedIn feeds. We’ll have all the usual articles, ads and – very importantly – news, tips and features to help you navigate the choppy waters of the next few weeks and months.
IBIS face-to-face events meanwhile will be back with a vengeance from the autumn period. To keep all our delegates, suppliers and staff safe, we took the sensible step to postpone our spring and summer programme. Keep yourself up to speed as new dates are published on www.ibisworldwide.com and on our Twitter and LinkedIn feeds.
Great news though if you can’t wait until later in the year. IBIS USA 2020 will now be run as a live, virtual simulcast on 2 April. As well as presentations from subject area experts, interviews and live Q&A, delegates will be able to network virtually using the IBIS app. What is more, as the content is globally as well as US-focused, it’s relevant to everyone in our industry.
Finally, I’d like to thank you for continuing to be part of the bodyshop and IBIS family and extend to you, your colleagues and family our very best wishes.
Stay safe.
