Back-to-work service launched
Ingenia Recruitment is launching a new service to help redundant workers secure their next job.
The service is being launched in anticipation of greater competition for places as a result of significant job losses.
It provides tailored packages to suit the individual, including a CV review, coaching in job search techniques, mock interviews, interview feedback, and pre-interview confidence builder sessions.
Steve Shaw, director, said: “Most of the CVs that we see on a daily basis range between adequate and appalling. Having someone review your CV will increase the chance of you being selected for an interview. I have been helping candidates for 27 years and have to say that the general quality of CVs is going down, despite all of the technology available for people to ‘get it right’.
“We have introduced these interview training packages to help individuals enhance their chances of being selected for an interview and being offered a position. Talking to a professional who understands their situation can be immensely helpful.”
