AutoRaise supporting NARS apprentices
AutoRaise is helping apprentices made redundant as a result of Nationwide Crash Repair Service going into administration.
It is believed that around 40 apprentices were made redundant and several have already made contact with AutoRaise to request help.
Bob Linwood, AutoRaise CEO, said: “We have started to see requests coming in from around the country from young people who are desperate to stay in our industry and continue their learning. We are gathering more information from them and once we understand where they are located, we make direct contact with our affiliated repairers in their areas to understand who might be interested in interviewing them.
“We have had a brilliant response and over the course of the next two weeks, we expect at least 10 interviews to take place. We also are doing everything we can, in dialogue with the administrators, to encourage more of the remaining apprentices affected to make contact”.
Apprentices from Portsmouth, Birmingham, Sheffield, Milton Keynes and Bognor Regis have made contact, as have repairers declaring their support and interest in helping these young people.
