Audatex announces Service Certainty partnership
Solera Audatex has announced a new partnership with Service Certainty that will enable the integration of imageproof PRO into AudaTarget.
Imageproof PRO provides claims handlers with instant access to high-quality images and video taken by a nationwide network of over 4,500 professionally accredited photographers. The service ensures that visual imagery to support damage claims is provided quickly and efficiently, helping to save valuable time and money during the claims process.
This integration is the first collaboration between both organisations, who have been working together to find new ways to streamline the workflow and provide information at the point of need for the claims handler.
