A matter of Trust for Fix Auto
Fix Auto UK has partnered with Trustpilot to instil confidence and credibility in the service provided by its franchise partners.
This ensures all 101 fully branded Fix Auto UK repair centres will adopt the Trustpilot system where all customers will be encouraged to share their experience.
Rob Pugh, Fix Auto UK’s head of strategy and communications, said: “The use of Trustpilot encompasses our transparency and trustworthy core values. The recognised platform puts the Fix Auto UK network firmly on the map with consumers as it is so widely utilised by customers of all different demographics. Our partnership with Trustpilot ensures every online review will provide an honest picture of Fix Auto UK and our franchise partners, showcasing our capabilities for the public to see.”
The network has recorded a 4.6 out of five score from over 270 reviews during its month-long roll out.
Pugh added: “We have spent the last month introducing Trustpilot to the network. So far, the Trustpilot statistics show 90% of the reviews we have received have been awarded five stars which is a hugely positive start to our partnership.”
