Volvo announces 2020 course dates
Due to a continued overwhelming response Volvo Cars UK has announced its 2020 dates for its product / technology update course, which provides delegates with the latest information on Volvo’s range of cars.
The next available dates are the 23 March, 22 July, 7 September and 25 November.
More than six hundred delegates from across the industry have already attended the sessions to date. It is aimed at vehicle damage assessors, engineers from insurance companies, accident management companies, engineers, fleet providers, training colleges, non-approved bodyshops, and general industry personnel.
The content of the course will cover:
- Volvo introduction and overview – 2020 vison
- Volvo body structures and materials used
- Repair methods unique to the brand
- Safety systems
- City safety, windscreen and ADAS
- Bumper repair options and restrictions
- SRS systems and location of all pyro-technical devices
- WHIPS systems
- Hybrid technology
- New model technology
