TrustFord renews ACIS contract
TrustFord, the world’s largest dedicated Ford dealership group, has renewed its contract with ACIS.
TrustFord made the decision to renew the deal with the UK’s leading distributor to the accident repair sector for another three years, as part of a contract which guarantees delivery of AkzoNobel paint products and dry consumables into 12 bodyshops and 15 SMART repair centres.
In addition, TrustFord has once again signed up to ASCRIBE, ACIS’s web-based stock management technology, which ACIS claims can improve efficiencies by more than 20% per bodyshop.
TrustFord also uses ACIS’s central billing capability, a standalone software programme which reduces the need for multiple invoicing and can deliver even bigger savings for ACIS customers who subscribe to ASCRIBE, as it automatically triggers bodyshop replenishment requests.
John Leeman, operations director for TrustFord, said, ‘We have been delighted with the service provided by ACIS over the last few years, which is why we decided to renew early rather than revisit the tender process.
‘ACIS is a significant player in the bodyshop market and we have been impressed with its approach as well as its professionalism and its added value services, which have proved to be a real benefit to our network.’
Graham O’Neill, CEO of ACIS, said, ‘TrustFord has once again placed its trust in ACIS based on the value proposition of optimising efficiencies across its multiple bodyshop and SMART repair sites. We have been able to demonstrate the technologies we offer deliver a greater return on its investment and an improved customer journey – guaranteeing time and time return business.’
