TrustFord hosts annual conference
TrustFord staged its annual conference at the National Conference Centre in Nottingham on 6-7 November, when over 600 senior colleagues attended from across the country including Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel Islands.
The conference was led by chairman and CEO Stuart Foulds who, along with fellow board members, reflected on some of the key developments that have strengthened the business over the past year, including enhancing the customer experience at TrustFord dealerships with investment in Ford Stores and transit centres, expansion of the Parts Plus network nationally, plus growth of the TrustFord mobile servicing network for fleet customers across the UK.
Guest speakers this year included Zara Ross, CEO for TrustFord’s charity partner BEN, who spoke about the work of BEN and gave thanks to the company for a sensational result from this year’s ‘Breakout for Ben’ fundraising drive.
Winning teams were invited on stage to receive certificates recognising their achievement and support for the automotive industry charity. Breakout for Ben 2019 raised over £117,000, making TrustFord the charity’s largest single donor and taking the total raised this year to over £170,000.
Stuart Foulds, chairman and CEO at TrustFord, said: “It’s been a great year for the company and this conference is a fitting end to 2019. It was particularly inspiring to hear from Zara about her work for our charity partner BEN. This year’s Breakout for Ben was a definite highlight and I’m so proud of my colleagues for raising so much money for the cause. Raising awareness of mental health is so important and I am delighted we have been able to support the vital work that Zara and her team do.”
