Tom Hadfield joins Audatex

Audatex has named Tom Hadfield as implementation manager for its end-to-end bodyshop management system (BMS), PlanManager.

Tom will be focusing on user training, providing documentation and consultative support. This will involve documenting best practice PlanManager integration processes, and developing user content (including e-learning videos, process maps, and user guides) to ensure rapid adoption of PlanManager in the UK and to assist roll-out across EMEA.

He said, ‘I have been extremely impressed by the enthusiasm that I He seen towards PlanManager here in the UK, having heard first-hand from many bodyshops how excited they are about the platform’s features and the direct impact it has on the efficiency of their operations.

‘My recent experience has given me a unique perspective on the rapidly changing nature of our market, and the appetite of bodyshops to meet these challenges by innovating and offering a great customer journey, whilst identifying ways to improve their profitability. I am looking forward to leveraging that view of the market to drive the roll-out of PlanManager in the UK.’
