Perfect 10 for Fix Auto Stevenage
Fix Auto Stevenage has celebrated a decade as part of the Fix Auto UK network.
Fix Auto UK’s Ian Pugh recently presented Terry Gilbert, the owner of Fix Auto Stevenage, with a celebratory plaque at Fix Auto UK’s Head Office.
Gilbert said: “Like so many, we joined Fix Auto UK wanting to be part of something bigger and something better. I just loved the ethos of it all; working together, helping each other and being part of a family for the greater good of our businesses and the industry. Today we have all that and far more besides. I know I speak for many when I say joining the network was possibly one of, if not the smartest move I could have made.”
Over the last decade Fix Auto Stevenage has grown beyond all recognition from the business that joined in 2009. Significant achievements include relocating to a state-of-the-art 12,000 sqft repair centre, as well as securing numerous vehicle manufacturer approvals, including being the first independent repairer to receive McLaren’s approval.
Pugh said: “Fix Auto Stevenage is a fantastic site and Terry and his team are highly regarded family members in Fix Auto UK, particularly with their expertise in gaining manufacturer approvals and with Terry’s contribution as chairperson of our National Leadership Team.”
