New appointment puts people first

S&G Response has appointed a new head of HR and learning and development, underscoring its commitment to the development of its workforce.

Anne Pass joins the company with a background of over 20 years in HR leadership across a variety of industries including the financial and law sectors, plus familiarity in proactively growing SME’s.

She will be bringing a co-ordinated approach to the business’ people strategy, enhancing and expanding on the existing foundations, and will pave the way for new and developing HR processes, innovative recruitment process, learning and development initiatives and the internal communications strategy within the business.

She said: “Joining at such a pivotal point in S&G Response’s growth journey is very exciting, it’s without a doubt been a very busy first month. It’s delightful to see the common passion all people at S&G Response share for continuous improvement, particularly around the company culture; with many foundations for great initiatives in place we are now ready to take them to the next level. We are in the happiness business – and we aim to have our culture transpire through the business and into the service delivered to our customers.”
