Motofix bolsters management team

Motofix Group has strengthened its senior management team by appointing Liam O’Brien to the position of group support services director and Andy Lawlor to the position of business development director.

Following an in-depth review of the business and its five-year plan, these changes are part of a number of key strategic appointments to execute their strategy to deliver best in class solutions to the vehicle repair market.

Liam will focus on developing the group’s financial, technical and central claims solution teams, while Andy will focus on developing the company’s key insurer, fleet and manufacturer relationships.

Richard Tutt, group executive chairman of Motofix, said, ‘The new management team members will work closely to implement new processes to ensure the Motofix customer experience is delivered to its full potential. I am confident they will achieve this through the wealth of experience and considerable skills they have obtained throughout their many years in the bodyshop industry.’

Andy Lawlor, business development director, said, ‘It’s fantastic to be stepping into this new role to help grow the Group sustainably, while maximising value for our clients. Motofix is a trusted partner to some of Europe’s leading insurers, fleet and managed services companies and I am looking forward to developing and expanding these key relationships.’
