Clocked and crashed cars to be debated at IBIS Ireland 2019
Crash investigator Paul Hanna will speak about the fight against the sale of crashed cars and the topic of consumer protection at the upcoming IBIS Ireland event on 2 May 2019 at Castleknock Hotel, Dublin.
Paul has over 27 years’ investigative experience between the London Metropolitan Police Service, Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission and more recently the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, which he joined in October 2016 as its deputy director of Criminal Enforcement.
His current role includes the management of criminal investigations into breaches of competition and consumer protection legislation. Paul leads investigators engaged in proactive enforcement work, investigating vehicle traders suspected of selling clocked and badly repaired cars.
IBIS Ireland is the must-attend, crash repair conference for the collision repair industry. Targeted are bodyshop owners and managers, vehicle manufacturers, insurers, material and parts suppliers and other key stakeholders supporting the industry.
Under the umbrella theme ‘Securing The Future’, delegates will enjoy concentrated peer-to-peer networking, relationship building, knowledge sharing, debate and learning.
