CitNow back Drivers of Change

CitNow is sponsoring Drivers of Change, a new initiative to highlight exciting careers in the automotive sector.

Hosted by Autocar in partnership with Ennis & Co, the Drivers of Change initiative invites entrants to suggest ways to improve the industry through innovation in three key areas: technology, digital and retail.

The Drivers of Change initiative is open to any applicants over the age of 18 – whether they are working within the automotive industry or not – regardless of experience. The winners will receive £5,000 and the opportunity to attend the Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) dinner.

CitNOW head of academy, Amir Rizvi, said: ‘”itNOW was founded to change the automotive industry for the better. In such an exciting period, the industry needs to keep evolving by championing new talent and ideas, and that’s why we’re supporting Drivers of Change.

“CitNOW was a disruptor to the automotive industry only a decade ago and has gone on to become an integral part of the car buying journey and retail environment – as well as helping train the professionals of the future – and we want to continue encouraging real innovation in the car industry.”

Autocar’s editorial director Jim Holder said: “Through the Drivers of Change initiative, we are hoping to help encourage the next wave of game-changing innovations to the car industry.”
