CS partners meeting 2018
At London’s Royal Automobile Club, over 40 Connected Solutions (CS) partners met for a half-year performance review, new partner signing introductions and a day of high level strategy, planning and debate.
Central to each CS partner update was a theme of innovation to drive change with a totally customer-centric focus. These being the absolute key elements of Connected Solutions proposition.
Bringing together forward thinking, collaborative and experienced players in the motor claims market – the CS partners worked together around the table, sharing ideas, best practice, innovation, current industry insights and how the connected proposition can further support insurers and fleets by removing conflicts, heat and politics from the claims journey. The goal being the delivery of ‘claims excellence’, whilst working together with insurers and fleets to deliver ‘overall reduced costs’ and increased customer service, as a direct result of improved efficiencies, via a connected, engaged and supportive supply chain.
Legislation, price pressures caused by Brexit uncertainty and the changing dynamics of parts supply and ownership of customer data were just a few of the hot topics at the June 2018 Industry Insights CS partners meeting.
Partners were formally introduced to paint distribution partner, Morelli Group, Thatcham Research, technical and data skills partner, and engineering and data partner, ControlExpert.
In the spirit of future tech, Industry Insights were pleased to have Mike Brockman from ThingCo as a guest speaker to round off the meeting. Mike shared his global ambitions to use cutting-edge technology in a simple and accessible format to build a new telematics ecosystem.
