Circle launches virtual 10k run
Circle launches virtual 10k run
Circle Leasing are looking for the bodyshop industry’s most sinewy service operators, tenacious technicians and agile assessors after they launched a ‘virtual’ 10k run on 1 August.
The run is part of the company’s 2018 drive to raise funds for the Down’s Syndrome Association and Cancer Research UK.
The fastest participant in the race will receive a prize.
Here’s how it works:
- Circle ask that participants make sure they can show them proof from a smartphone or watch that they have completed a 10km run after 1 August 2018; it doesn’t have to cover the whole distance in one go, participants can run the distance over several stages
- When participants have completed 10km, send email screengrabs of proof to [email protected] with the subject ‘Virtual 10k’
- Once Circle receive the screengrabs, the company will email individuals congratulating them on their achievement
- Circle will also ask for a suggested minimum donation of £10 to the company’s Virgin Money Giving page and an address to where they can send the commemorative medal
- After the donation has been processed, participants will receive your medal
The company will be publishing a monthly leaderboard showing the fastest runner at that stage before the race ends on 31 December. The overall winner will be announced early next year.
