Chargemaster considering summer float
It’s been reported that Chargemaster is close to floating on the London market.
Chargemaster is an electric car charging station manufacturer with partnerships with a long list of vehicle manufacturers.
According to Sky, it is now planning to raise about £50m in a new share issue which values the company at £170m. The broadcaster claims it has appointed broker Cenkos to manage its first public offering this summer.
Neither company confirmed the reports.
