RH Commercials gets backing
East Midlands Renault Trucks distributor, RH Commercial Vehicles has enjoyed a £25,000 facelift, thanks to an investment from Renault Trucks UK.
RHCV has undergone a major revamp at one of its three sites in Alfreton, Derbyshire and is one of the first in the UK to get this new look.
As one of the largest, leading Renault Trucks distributors in the UK, RHCV currently employs 80 staff members in Alfreton, Nottingham and Cossington, Leicestershire. It is just one of four dealers in the UK who have now benefitted from Renault Trucks’ global-wide investment which will see the upgrading of Renault Trucks’ 15-year-old branding across the network in the UK and Europe.
The £25,000 re-brand includes a refresh of the Renault Trucks signage and logos with an updated, modernised approach. It will help strengthen both Renault and RHCV’s appeal and strong standing in the commercial vehicle market and its brighter and bolder branding will ensure that each dealership is enhancing opportunities with slicker and enticing signage for the customers.
Renault Trucks UK is currently investing £25,000 at each of the dealer’s sites to implement the re-branding and has plans in place to roll out the initiative to all sites in the UK and Ireland over the next five years generating a multi-million-pound investment.
David Templeman, dealer point manager at RHCV’s Alfreton site said, ‘I am delighted that Renault Trucks’ has chosen RHCV to be one of the first dealers in the network to benefit from the re-brand, as part of an international network-wide investment.’
Meanwhile, RH Commercial Vehicles received a special visit from Boris Johnson MP recently, when he visited Nottingham as part of his General Election Campaign trail. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs toured RHCV’s site in Nottingham, meeting various members of staff and technicians at the firm.
