Fix signs with Co-op expansion
Fix Auto UK has signed a new contract with Co-op Insurance which will see the network more than double the number of its bodyshops which carry out repairs for the insurer.
The new contract expands upon the service Fix Auto has been delivering via its South-West England bodyshops since 2013 and now sees Fix Auto repairers serving Co-op-insured motorists in other key regions of the UK.
Paul Fairweather, network supply chain consultant for Co-op Insurance said, ‘This new extended agreement with Fix Auto UK is a great move forward in our relationship that will allow us to strengthen our repair network. In turn, this will provide additional repair capacity in key regions leading to an improved service for our customers.’
Jim Thomas, head of client relations for Fix Auto UK, said, ‘We have been consistently performing for the Co-op Insurance team. Our services have been delivered via our central deployment centre using our franchisees in the South West of England since 2013, and because of the strength of network, we are delighted to be able to grow our relationship by providing those services to other regions in the UK.’
