AALG set for launch
The Automotive Aftermarket Liaison Group (AALG) is set for its official launch on Tuesday 23 May.
The group has positioned itself to lobby on European issues that affect the automotive aftermarket in a post-Brexit Britain.
The AALG is a coalition of trade associations in the automotive aftermarket. Its members are the largest representative bodies in their individual sectors, who will work together to stabilise the industry and unify the quality of service through their individual associations for the benefit of businesses and consumers.
This united lobbying position will influence governments across Europe on matters such as autonomous vehicles, the connected car and access to technical information.
The event takes place at the Car Dealer Conference and Automotive Expo 2017 (CDX17) at Silverstone race track.
