Glass’s extends agreement with Ageas
Glass’s has agreed a two-year extension of its existing agreement with Ageas Insurance Ltd to continue the use of its eSalvage solution.
Glass eSalvage provides an online auction platform to manage total loss salvage disposal via its trusted dealer network. The agreement strengthens its already long-term relationship with the insurer through their motor vehicle salvage solution.
David Punter, head of bodyshop and insurer at Glass’s said, ‘The extension of our partnership with Ageas is a result of everyone’s hard work and it highlights our strong, long-term commitment to our customers.
‘This deal reaffirms the great value that Ageas see in our salvage solution, which is known for promoting ethical disposal, creating complete transparency and for fully integrating with our customers’ current claims systems. I want to say a big thank you to everyone involved.’
Rob Smale, claims director at Ageas added, ‘Here at Ageas, providing the highest standard of customer service when a customer makes a claim is our top priority and relationships with our suppliers, such as Glass’s help us deliver on our promise.
‘I am delighted that we will continue working with Glass’s and I look forward to strengthening our partnership even further and delivering an outstanding service for the benefit of our customers.’
