Events combine to complete chain
The first ever UK edition of Automechanika Birmingham and Subcon, a leading event for contract and subcontract manufacturing supply chains, will both be held at the NEC, Birmingham, from 7-9 June.
Automotive industry visitors will have the chance to cover the complete supply chain from advanced proprietary products to contract manufacturing services from Tier One, Tier Two and sub-tier suppliers.
Now in its 40th year, Subcon 2016 will feature over 400 UK and international suppliers ready to take on automotive projects across the complete manufacturing spectrum – including machined components, presswork, castings, fabricated assemblies, plastic mouldings, surface engineering, electronics, composites, and more.
Simon Albert, event director said, ‘Automechanika Birmingham is sure to be a success because we not only have national, but also international exhibitors and a huge amount of relevant content and as Subcon is open at this same time, our visitors can certainly get an all-round experience by attending both exhibitions.’
