Emissions control moves to MK
Johnson Matthey Battery Systems Automotive has relocated to new facilities in Milton Keynes.
Speaking at the opening of its new premises, Johnson Matthey CEO Robert MacLeod said, ‘The consolidation and expansion of our automotive capabilities at this new location in Milton Keynes fits with the needs of our customers, many of whom are based in the Midlands. Being close to them will support the growth of our business over the coming years.’
Johnson Matthey is a pioneer in the field of emissions control having made its first autocatalyst in its Royston facilities in May 1974. Through ongoing investment in research and development, Johnson Matthey offers low emission technologies including emission control catalysts, fuel cells and battery technologies.
Johnson Matthey Battery Systems provides battery design, development and supply for automotive applications such as performance hybrids and PHEVs.
