Halo in awards first
Halo Accident Repairs has scored an industry ‘first’ by partnering with Ageas Insurance and securing entry onto the British Insurance Awards shortlist for Claims Initiative of the Year – Insurance Category.
Over 2,000 people will be attending the awards ceremony, which is to be held at the Royal Albert Hall. Representatives from every corner of the insurance industry will be on hand to see if Halo and Ageas Insurance can jointly triumph in the final judging.
Bradley Hanson, director of innovation and a co-owner of the business commented, ‘To be recognised in this way is a major triumph for us and we are immensely grateful to our partners at Ageas who have shown great leadership in this initiative. By revolutionising the accident repair production system in our branches and then combining with Ageas to transform the whole customer experience we believe that we have created a truly unique proposition. It is great to have our joint efforts recognised in this way.’
Halo has now expanded to six branches stretching from Wales into the Midlands and down to the South Coast and is set to open more outlets.
Ros Hanson, director of customer experience is enthusiastic about the prospects for the future. She said, ‘We know from the spontaneous feedback that Ageas receives from customers that our service is second to none and there is a tremendous appreciation of the new standards that we jointly achieving. I’m very optimistic about how we can continue to grow in the future and the British Insurance Awards shortlisting is the icing on the cake for what has already been a very successful 18 months.’
The winner of the awards will be announced on 8 July.
