WNS Assistance are pleased to announce a move to new offices in Cheadle, Manchester. The opening of new premises spearheads major investment by WNS in the Stockport area, as part of strategic growth plans over the next 3 years.

WNS Assistance are the UK’s leading outsource provider of motor claims accident management in the fleet and insurance sectors, with operations in both Ipswich and Stockport handling circa 300,000 claims in 2009/2010. 

The custom-built, 200 seat operational centre in Cheadle, will house core functions of the business including the Out-of-Hours (24/7) capability and Credit Services operating under the Accidents Happen brand. 

150 existing staff will move from the current premises in Marple, Stockport, starting from Monday 19th July.  Prior to this, existing staff and their families are attending a launch party to welcome them to the new offices, with a BBQ, bouncy castle and children’s entertainment on Saturday 17th July.

Following a fantastic response to recent advertising, a recruitment process is now underway to fill approximately 30 new roles with further expansion planned.  Tim Rankin, Managing Director says “we have been delighted by the high calibre of candidates responding to our recruitment.
