Gates Ford unveils Mad Devs tech

A dealership with a more than 100-year history has rolled out the latest cloud technology to deliver a more streamlined service for customers and colleagues.
Gates Ford, which was founded in 1920 and now operates nine sites across Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London, has launched the iStoreDOCS platform from Mad Devs across its head-office and dealerships to improve buyer-experience and compliance procedures.
The cloud-based technology platform allows salespeople to build solutions around the customer’s needs, adding financial products and accessories as needed.
Simon Dawson, group communications manager at Gates Ford, said:
“The advanced technology available on the iStoreDOCS platform gives us greater flexibility to meet customer needs and gives the sales team better tools to work more efficiently. The team at Mad Devs has been exemplary through the roll-out of the platform with support, training and a hands-on approach to implementation.”
